Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your excursion, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the booking. Bookings canceled 72 hours prior will forfeit the 20% deposit. Bookings canceled more than 72 hours prior to a scheduled departure will receive a full refund.
 
For cancellations due inclement weather, water conditions or safety concerns, a full refund will be offered. For cancellations of any other nature will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Payments

All payments are made through our online payment system. A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged the day of your experience.

Weight Restrictions + Participants

While our charters are yacht-certified, excursions are limited to 6 passengers in addition to your captain and first mate. There are no weight restrictions. Please contact us directly for parties over 6 passengers.

Inclement Weather

If weather is deemed unfavorable for your excursion, your reservation may be altered, modified, rescheduled, or refunded at our discretion. If your experience is cut short due to weather conditions, a credit for the remaining time or a refund equivalent to the remaining time will be issued.

Last Minute Bookings

Any reservations booked within 24 hours of the start time will be subject to a 15% fee.

Pets

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets on our charters.
